Sage Design has been creating elegant, simple designs since 1997, bringing our unique expertise in renovation and design to a variety and wide-ranging scope of projects. To date, we have won seven prestigious Innovation in Design Awards (IDA) from Connecticut Cottages and Gardens Magazine and one A List Award from AtHome Magazine. We have been nominated for both the IDA and A List awards on six other occasions.
The bucolic setting informed the colors, textures and materials of the furnishings selected by interior designer Kathy Hodge of Sage Design. “I wanted the inside to be quiet and reflect the colors of the river and greenery,” says Hodge. “The outside is the hero here!”
